THE ARRANGEMENT’S TEXAS REGISTER TO WIN PROGRAM

In the spirit of fairness and in the interest of delivering maximum benefit to our customers, The Arrangement posts the following rules and regulations for the Register to Win.

No purchase is necessary to be eligible to win. The program will be in effect from now through the close of business on December 31, 2009. The prize may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Redemption is limited to persons at least eighteen years of age. Multiple redemptions by persons living in the same household are not permitted.

To register to win, you must provide your full name, valid e-mail address and zip code.

Winners must provide a valid photo ID, along with their name, address, telephone number. By accepting their gift, reward winners agree to the use of their name, likeness, and photo for publicity and promotion by The Arrangement without additional compensation.

Participants agree to abide by these rules and regulation and acknowledge that the decision of the management of The Arrangement will be final in all matters relating to this program.
